Dr. Paanse is a Director of NPA Consultant Private Limited and directly handles our NPA and NCLT Clients.

 

Dr. Paanse is a veteran ex-banker with IDBI Bank and was well recognized for his innovative solutions to funding. Over his long spanning career of more than 35 years he has been involved in several deals, IPO's, Private Placements and Debt Financing in India. In the last 9 years he has dedicated his efforts in the revival and turnaround of NPA companies. He has had the highest success rate and is the most sought after consultant in India for matters relating to NPA and NCLT.

Dr. Paanse has presented at a number of conferences in India, including a session with the MSME Associations, Government of India, Finance Ministry and Government of Maharashtra on the topic of NPA in India. In addition, he has written articles in various publications and appeared in TV media for voicing his opinions relating to NPA and NCLT re-structuring for Indian businesses.
