Swaminathan is an important member of our multi-disciplinary leadership team. Swaminathan advises our Board on Strategic Developments and Project Advisory team. 

 

Swaminathan is a Post Graduate in Economics & PGDM in Materials Management from Chennai University. He started his career in 1984 with Mahindra & Mahindra as Senior Executive, moved onto Finolex Pipes in 1993 as Manager - Logistics and spent about a year with Ispat Industries. In 1996 he joined Owens Corning India Ltd and successfully completed a US$ 110 million greenfield project from scratch before timelines. In 2002 he joined UPS Supply Chain as Head of  Logistics and SCM Business. In 2004 he joined Piramal Glass Limited and completed his corporate career stint in Hindalco Industries Limited as the Head of Logistics/SCM/Coal Chain for Sambalpur Cluster.

 

Swaminathan has led his illustrious corporate career of more than three and a half decade with Fiery instinct, futuristic outlook, indomitable will, burning passion for transforming Logistics and Supply into Digitization. He actively advises our Project Advisory team with his hands on experience in entire gamut of Supply Chain and Logistics and varied sectors like Automotive, Glass & Glass Fiber and Metal & mining including Coal procurement and Coal Chain. He also plays an active role in advising our leadership board with matters relating to strategic development and vision of the company.
